This is why JBP teamed up with the original equipment manufacturer for the Mercury Verado supercharger, IHI Turbo America, to have new G3 style Mercury L6 Verado OEM rotor packs and all internal parts built. This will bring your worn supercharger back to the original factory condition, ensuring your Verado supercharger performs at its best.
At this time, we only offer factory new IHI Turbo rotor packs and drive replacement parts and services for 200HP - 400HP Verado Supercharged L6 engines. For those who may not know, the IHI Turbo America is the manufacturer of the Verado supercharger used in the Mercury Verado. If you have any other model, Jon Bond Performance offers full rebuild services for all other models.
Our team consists of highly skilled, factory trained technicians assigned to disassemble, ultrasonic clean, and inspect your Verado supercharger to prepare it for rebuild. The main case and drive snout casting will be re-used and prepped for all new factory, IHI Turbo G3 rotor pack/gear assembly with all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. The unit is electronic tested and properly packaged for the return journey.
All of this can be done in a one to two day turnaround time. UPS Next Day Air return shipping is available. The price for this service will be $3000 USD. This will cover general JBP labor, internal gaskets, new rotor pack, new consumable kit, all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. It will not cover shipping, customs or duties, damage to the external housing, bent pulleys, stripped bolts, or damaged threads. We reuse your case and front drive snout casting. Remember to pack your Verado supercharger well to avoid these costs.
