At Verado Supercharger Repair, we have a team of experienced and trained professionals who have been in the industry since 2011. We understand the complexities of supercharger remanufacturing. This is why we teamed up with IHI Turbo and Jon Bond Performance, to have new rotor packs built and manufactured for your supercharger to bring it back to the original factory condition.
Comprehensive Remanufacturing Services
At this time, we only offer new IHI Turbo rotor packs with drive remanufacturing services for 200HP - 350HP Verado Supercharged L6 engines. For those that may not know, IHI Turbo America manfuactured the supercharger for the Mercury Verado. At sometime in the future, IHI Turbo may consider building new parts for other models.
How to get your L6 Supercharger Remanfactured
At Verado Supercharger Repair, you will receive a dedicated Jon Bond Performance technician will be assigned to disassemble, ultrasonic clean, and inspect your supercharger that you will ship to us. The main case will be re-used and prepped for an OEM new IHI Turbo rotor pack/gear assembly. The drive snout will be remanufactured with new bearing, sleeved, and a new seal. New gasket are installed. The unit is electronic tested, capped for travel, and properly packaged for the return journey.
All of this can be done in a one day turn around time when delivered before 10am on or before your appointment time. UPS Next Day Air return shipping is available. The price for this service will be coming soon, but is expected to be around $xxxx

How To Get Started
To get started, make an appointment. Choose a date that you know that your supercharger will arrive on or before 10AM. Choose a box that larger than the supercharger. Protect it from shipping damage. Provide enough padding and protection, especially to the oil feed and drain ports as well as the pulley. Damage to these areas can increase the cost or time. Fill out the Repair Request Form. Print and place the form in the package, and ship off.
We Sell To Consumers, But Offer Dealerships
We provide services directly to the consumer, but will also offer dealerships to Marina's with marine engine repair facilities. Discounts are based on volume per year. Applications must be submitted and approved before an appointment date to avoid delays and setbacks. Applications requests require 7-14 days for processing.
How To Make Payment
We offer electronic invoices with ACH Payment for easy payment. Wire Transfer, Bank Check has no charge as well. Credit cards, PayPal are available for an extra fee. Invoices are through Jon Bond Performance LLC.
