At Verado Supercharger Repair, we have a team of experienced and factory trained professionals who have been in the industry since 2011. We understand the complexities of supercharger remanufacturing. This is why JBP teamed up with the original equipment manufacturer for Mercury, IHI Turbo, to have new G3 style Mercury L6 Verado OEM rotor packs and all internal parts built. This will bring the supercharger back to the original factory condition.
At this time, we only offer new IHI Turbo rotor packs and drive replacement parts and services for 200HP - 400HP Verado Supercharged L6 engines. For those that may not know, IHI Turbo America manufactured the supercharger for the Mercury Verado. At sometime in the future, IHI Turbo may consider building new parts for other models as well.
At Verado Supercharger Repair, you will receive a dedicated, factory trained, technician assigned to disassemble, ultrasonic clean, and inspect your supercharger that you will ship to us. The main case and drive snout casting will be re-used and prepped for all factory NEW, IHI Turbo G3 rotor pack/gear assembly with all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. The unit is electronic tested, capped for travel, and properly packaged for the return journey.
All of this can be done in a one day turn around time when delivered before 10am on or before your appointment time. UPS Next Day Air return shipping is available. The price for this service will be $3000 USD. This will cover general labor, internal gaskets, new rotor pack, new consumable kit, all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. It will not cover shipping, customs or duties, damage to the external housing, bent pulleys, stripped bolts, damaged threads. We reuse your case and front drive snout casting. Remember to pack your supercharger well to avoid these costs.

To get started, make an appointment. Choose a date that you know that your supercharger will arrive on or before 10AM. Choose a box that is at least 3 inches larger than the supercharger overall. Protect it from shipping damage. Provide enough padding and protection, especially to the oil feed and drain ports as well as the pulley. Damage to these areas can increase the cost or time. Fill out the Repair Request Form below. Print and place the form in the package, and ship off.
We provide services directly to the consumer, but will also offer Jobber Discounts to Boat Repair/Marina's with brick and mortar marine engine repair facilities. To be an eligible dealer, you must submit a copy of your State Sales Tax Permit and provide proof location. Discounts apply AFTER the 1st purchase.
We offer electronic invoices with ACH, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more for easy payment. Jobber discounts require ACH payment. Invoices are through Jon Bond Performance LLC at this time.
